Do not use a default password or a password you may use for a different account, website, or related account, for security purposes.

This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising out of or related to your use of the Site or programs. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the greater of CAD 100 or the amount you paid to us for Site access in the 3 months before the claim.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, for any dispute related to these Terms or the Site.
